Multi-floor Epos ordering system

Shanghai 1814 has two floors in total, with a large area and a relatively complex layout. In order to ensure the ordering and service process of the entire restaurant, Trinal Genius has arranged ordering terminals on different floors of the whole restaurant and in the front and back rooms of the same floor, so that the staff in different service areas can help customers to order items in their vicinity. In addition to this, the reception, bar and kitchen are equipped with bill printers and are connected to the Epos system.

As one of the most popular Chinese restaurants in Nan'an, customers flock to the restaurant at peak times, and the front desk is often too busy even with multiple ordering systems already in place. So we equipped its staff with a platform ordering system so that the waiters can help customers open tables, order, select dishes and add dishes at any time, rather than having to go to the front desk for manual input. After placing an order via the wireless tablet, the order is automatically dispatched from the front of the house, bar-epos system and the kitchen automatically receives the incoming order. This has greatly improved the efficiency of the ordering process and eased the pressure on the restaurant during peak periods

At 1814, in order to ensure the use of epos machines on different floors and the flow of service and connectivity for users ordering and placing orders, we have configured a wifi mesh modification that can allow for faster speeds, better reliability and greater wireless coverage of your home than a conventional router would achieve full coverage of the entire restaurant wifi system for the Epos system and online ordering system.
